Visualising the digital journey

London School of Jewish Studies (LSJS) is an organisation providing adult educational courses and training to the wider Jewish community. LSJS approached Dot Project looking for support to understand better how digital could become a key enabler for them to deliver their ambitious goals of growing their adult education reach and impact.

Dot Project supported LSJS with a series of worksessions and interviews that brought clarity to both organisational digital needs, and provided the starting point of a digital strategic intent.

Summary

Surfacing a digital vision

An initial alignment workshop explored how LSJS might create a collective understanding of digital goals for the organisation.  We created spaces for the team to reflect on how their technology and digital behaviours currently supports the organisation, their own digital experience, and the hopes and fears  for a digital journey for LSJS.

Through 1:1 and team conversations, we were able to inquire into ways of working and how roles are shaped to support service delivery.

Dot Project provided a set of recommendations for a way forward including quick wins and urgent priorities.

This enabled LSJS to identify areas of focus for the mid and longer-term to lay solid foundations for deeply integrating digital across the organisation as a key enabler of their organisational strategy.

“Annie and Alex were a pleasure to work with- really professional and insightful and helped us to see our digital journey in its widest possible context. Thank you!”. Joanne Greenaway, Chief Executive
